I’m Elizabeth (Beth) Simmons, owner of Cookie Conundrum, a home-based cottage bakery, located deep in the heart of Texas. (Well, it’s actually closer to the Red, but since Texas lives deep in MY heart, it still counts.)

I kicked off this cookie adventure as a side hustle in August of 2019 and took it full time in January of 2020. What started out as a quest to find out whether a sugar cookie could both taste AND look amazing, turned into one of the most rewarding (and terrifying) rides of my life! And I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

It is my greatest pleasure to be able to bake for your special occasions and also to satisfy your everyday sugar cravings! (Hey, go easy on yourself. We all have them.)
